Rooms were relatively clean and quick access to many places in Tebrau and Mount Austin. Walkable distance to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen Mall.
The lift door opens and closes very slowly (probably to reduce noise?).
Don’t except room slippers or fridge due to the hotel class

Too many ants everywhere. Need to improve on the cleanliness and light in the room. No desk light

Good to have some reserved parking lots for hotel guest. Should at least train staff to assist guest to top up Parking App that does not accept international credit card. Because of that I got a RM30 fine for parking in front of the hotel.

Not recommended for more than 2persons or 2nights
Posted 14 Dec 2023 on HotelsHotel looks near to malls on the map but it's not walking-friendly to the malls as there are no proper walkways or traffic lights to the mall so you will have to walk on grass and jaywalk or will still have to grab everywhere.
Room is clean but super small and not soundproof.
No space to walk or put out our baggage for more than 1 guest in the double room.
Walls are super thin, can hear noise very clearly outside (birds, motorcycles, corridor, next room).
Due to lack of ventilation (no windows), room has a musky smell.
Had to buy our own room fresheners and also extra toiletries (amount given is too limited).
Maybe for a cheap stay for 1 person for 1 night might work.
