"Location is great for travellers who’ll take the Shinkansen for the next journey of their trip. Having a konbini with a currency exchange machine is very convenient. The staff responded to our inquiries and requests at a timely manner. Property is well-maintained. The pics in Mimaru’s website show a good representation of the suites we booked."

"Our family of 5 spent 2 nights at this place. We booked the family unit which can fit 8 because we wanted more space and that everyone gets a bed. It's about 10min walk from Ueno station which is not too bad considering of our big luggages. Property is very new and clean. We arrived at 3pm and there was a staff at the counter who was very friendly and helpful with our check-in."

We enjoyed having the kitchen facilities and all the washer. It is great value and the location is excellent for moving around the city. First rate."

"Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are new in the bathroom, very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. Relatively spacious for 4 ppl. Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area.
