"From the start the service was exceptional, we turned up at 5am after our bus was really delayed and the night security was very welcoming and helped us to our rooms. "This place is a walk from Old Town. BUT... It is a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful staff. Wonderful roof top swimming pool, which we were the only ones using. Cafe right across the street. "We had a great stay at this wonderful little hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink and small snack at check in, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty much perfect - steps away from old town but just far enough that you’re not kept up by the festivities. The exterior of the hotel is very cute and quaint. Pool and gym were small but nice, breakfast was good and enough variety for everyone to find something they like. Room was spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and linens. Only thing I’d note is that the soundproofing of the room was lacking, sound seemed to travel from other rooms and the hall. Not enough to seriously disturb our sleep, but just something to note, especially for the light sleepers out there. Overall we had a really positive experience and would stay again. Thank you!! "

"The hotel is very clean and modern, very comfortable. It’s conveniently located from the beach and old town. Free shuttle service provides easy transportation for going out. The staffs from house keeping to doormen are friendly and helpful. Lily is the most courteous, friendly and always provides valuable information and suggestions with our questions. Kathy at the front desk is also very sweet and helpful making our stay especially memorable. "

Great hotel,but best enjoyed outside of low season

"The resort is massive, with quite a few places to eat (although a few were closed as it was low season) and a casino. However, during low season the place felt lifeless as the place lack the usually movement of tourist bringing life to a cavernous space. The hotel is stylish and modern and our room was beautiful and spacious, just a shame we came when it is rainy season as we could not sit out in the balcony. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. The pool area was also nice, pity we could not use it as it was too cold. There is also a private beach. The resort is 20 mins away from Hoi An Old Town and 50 mins from Danang. The resorts does provide shuttle bus to these locations which we did take advantage of, especially to Hoi An where we went for dinner on a regular basis. The restaurants in the resort are expensive, more Western prices, so it was worthwhile taking the bus or a Grab taxi to Hoi An."
