Excellent for what we needed for our short stay . communication was easy through whatsap . Very clean apartment , a little on the small size . But its what we needed . Clean bedding and comfortable beds

I had an amazing experience at Bob W. Ambassador. The management team was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns I had promptly and efficiently. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable - from the lobby to my room, everything sparkled. I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout my stay, from the neatly arranged amenities to the personalized welcome note waiting for me in my room. It's clear that the staff take pride in their work, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. However, it's worth mentioning that there was no elevator and we had a heavy suitcase. Despite this drawback, the management's responsiveness to any queries or needs was impressive. I'll definitely be returning to Bob W. Ambassador in the future!
