Worst motel I ever went to in my life. No towels, no soap, room stinks, and roaches everywhere

Didnt stay

Didnt not stay there. When i arrived they told me that they have changed management and didnt not take online reservations any more and didnt seem that friendly. Also it looked run down and im glad i didnt stay so we went to a different hotel in Shorter that was nice cleaner and friendly

"Open" but no serve

No staff for check-in. When I drave there, the door was closed although the sign showed "open". I arrived around 10Pm so I need a rest ASAP after a long driving. I pressed the bell but no one response. I tried about 10 minutes and there was yelling. I felt dangerous so selected leave. No cell phone signal so I could not call anyone. When I left, 3 police cars came.

There was human feces on towels hidden under the the sink and bed bug. The man up seem to be disassociated and not comprehendin the problem.

I want a refund, the property manager refuses to take my call or anything. We could not even sleep no AC, no TV, left as soon as sun came up stayed for 3 hours we were so tired but place was unfit. Not sure how it is still open. Bugs, someone vandalized my car. It was horrid.
