First and foremost, the staff from housekeeping to the front desk are the most pleasant people and always smiling and willing to help when possible. When we arrived, there were a lot of tvs and boxes in the hallway. You could see they’re in the process of updating their facilities. Each room has a fridge which I appreciate. The room smelled fresh and clean however upon further look it wasn’t as clean. The floors need a more thorough mopping and the tub wasn’t well rinsed. It was parents weekend and they were full. I wouldn’t pay the price on a regular weekend. The breakfast was a nice perk. We didn’t have an ice bucket or coffee machine in our room but there is fresh coffee in the lobby all day. The bed was very comfortable! Overall, it was good for what we needed.

Hotel was VERY expensive ONLY because they raise the prices for FSU College parents weekend. Double then the normal price. Rooms are old and rusty and need a major update. No safes in rooms and refrigerator was broken and falling a part. No drawers for your clothes and shower is very rusty.

The floor in the room was soaking wet when we checked in at 8pm and was very humid unless we turned down the AC window unit to 69 degrees. Also the TV was not working very well, it had black lines in the middle of the screen

Close to everything, friendly staff. But small bathroom and no other place to get ready

Shower did not work . Dated hotel , and smoking during the night on a non smoking property .
