Checkered me into a room already occupied. Hallways looked like they were going through major renovation but they weren't.

Terrible customer service. Front desk extremely incompetent. Pictures of hotel and rooms are not accurate to reality. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY!

First night didn’t sleep because of the doors slamming all night, 4th floor under construction and the carpet in the hallway absolutely disgusting. Bathroom toilet unsafe and the property was so dirty from gum in elevator Nobody touched it for both days I was there Outside was even worse the inside. I read reviews before booking and they were all lies and must have been fake or paid for

This place is not good ! It smells like a Marijuana manufacturing plant. The carpets in the hall are ripped and disgusting. The " guest " that I saw there were very loud and have zero respect for others trying to sleep to get up for a job. The sink was held on by a tube of caulk . The shelves were falling off the wall. The wifi sucks. The only thing that I can say is good there is the pillows and the bed. I will never stay here again , and probably wont being staying at othercWyhdham properties again.

Upon check in, the lobby was super hot, no AC. Was told we could use the back entrance and elevator, which the bank entrance was broken. Elevator was dirty and scary, smelled of pot. The hallway carpets were stained and gross, missing parts of the bottom wall. The room thankfully was clean and nice, except there were ants all over the bathroom floor. I had reservations to stay at this hotel the next weekend as well, but canceled that to book elsewhere.

I don’t want to go that place anymore that costed me money and wasted my time I called to get my money back and I still waiting for I paid in advance with PayPal. I moved to another hotel that cost over $200 that makes me realize that Expedia doesn’t have any idea about the horrible experience and pretty bad condition has Wyndham hotels.

The hallways, elevators etc were all very poorly cleaned and/or maintained. One of the elevators was not working and the sides or to one of the buildings was also not operational. They need serious help in that department. Our room bathroom was also dirty and you could tell that the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. Same with the shower. I had to go downstairs and talk to them about it. I actually decided to leave early because I was so unhappy with a cleanliness. Lastly, The shower did not drain although they did fix that the same day.
