The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The property and room was clean. The breakfast was good and the area was clean

The carpets were so dirty in the rooms and the A/C didn’t work well at all. Our first night there someone was slamming doors, at least 4 different times between 3:30-4:15 am.

This was by far not a 8 star and very misleading. The elevator is very slow and old, but we checked in went to room took a nap after being at the hospital for days. We woke up and was sticky with the ac being set on 65 and it was NOT hot in the room. We took showers and went back to hospital. Came in late and the hotel smelled and we went to our room. Woke up at 2 with migraine from the horrible smell of mildew or something and was sticky. This place was terrible. I don't complain much, but this was bad. I could have stayed many other places. The reviews are definitely not real.

Dirty, Very dirty. Floor in the room was so dirty my socks were black within an hour. Bathroom sink was clogged. I saw 2 bugs, not sure what they were. Peeling pain on the shower rod and cracked switch plate in the bathroom. Drops of dried blood on the comforter. Musty smell. Breakfast waffles tasted ok but the countertops were dirty with bits of food and someone spilled syrup that was never cleaned up. Can't someone come in and wipe the tables between guests? Never again. Paid in advance for 2 nights but left after one.
