The room had visible dirt and filth. There were also many cockroaches in the room.

I didn’t have high expectations based on all the reviews I read, so it was as expected. Old, rundown property, rusty old bathtub and toilet, tiny roaches. Luckily we didn’t see any bedbugs, and they did fix their hot water issue, so that was good. The linens were old and dirty, not that they didn’t wash them, they probably did, but they are just so old that it’s impossible to get them cleaned.
Overall we just needed a place to sleep for two nights during the family weekend at FSU that’s not super expensive and in close proximity to FSU, so it was okay. But I hope not to have to stay at this particular hotel in the future.

Very old La Quinta that’s in dire need of updating. If you are used for staying a nice, new, clean La Quinta’s, this definitely isn’t one of them.

The property is in disrepair and needs some TLC. The room was adequate at best. Toilet would not stop running. Very minimal bedding provided. Property needs a lot of work.

One of the bed covers were dirty. Thankfully we only needed one bed. Parking area is terrible ! Check in process and staff was very good

Rooms are decent but it is in a rough looking part and the whole area isn’t too inviting at all, not horrible but I’d never bring my kids here with me I’ll say that

Not At ALL What I Expected, In Very Poor Condition and Room Smelled Bad, Carpet Was Very Dirty, Roaches, Was There from Tuesday to Saturday and Room Was Serviced Once.
