Rooms are old, property is old with plenty of inoperable cars around the parking lot. Towels were thin, beds were small and uncomfortable .There were alot of people staying there long term that sat outside and smoked the lords lettuce. Definitely not the place for children.

After 8 hours of driving, the just cancelled my reservation in my face!!

The front desk rep was amazing. Louie did everything he could to accommodate us. He was extremely helpful and kind even though the facility didn’t meet our standards I would have stayed just because how kind and awesome he was. Excellent customer service.

They overbooked the hotel and didn’t let me know until I get there

While the staff was kind, the property itself was not clean. There were people hanging around outside the rooms and in the parking lot, smoking, which made it difficult for me as someone with asthma.
