This property is right on the river and very walkable to town. Although it was dated, it was very clean and comfortable.

Posted 12 Oct 2024 on HotelsRefused our stay with a registered DOT service dog saying they do not let dogs in of any kind or size. Didn't want to argue because there were not a lot of options in town. slept half the night in the car and the next night stayed with a friend who lives in town.

I liked that the river was literally, “right there.” And the view of Denali was absolutely amazing!

Had a great time at Talkeetna Inn. Quaint little place with great area out by the water, so pretty! Fun bar with great bartender ( Deanna) and fun atmosphere!
