Many beds Suits large family however only one bathroom
It has 3 air conditioners which were left on all the time which keeps the house warm throughout

Yes only one bathroom with shower in bath. Toilet is separate to bathroom which helps with large group. If large family need to take into consideration and is clearly stated on Expedia. Heating in winter and cooling in summer is great.
