"None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay"

"The location is different from the address on Google map, making it difficult to find the place. It's actually in a quite residential area, about 20 min walk to the medina. The room is spacious which can fit 5 people, but the bathroom has a strong cleaning liquid smell. The staffs are boys from the restaurants next door. They're sweet! If you need towel or anything, just go find them next door."

"I cannot say enough good things about Dar Jasmine. Its location is ideal: just high enough above the city to give amazing views yet nestled into the surrounding nature. The staff are warm and friendly, they were able to help with all of our requests and happy to chat. The decor, layout, and choices in furniture are all just . Logistically, it is up a long flight of steps (what isn’t in Chefchaouen?), but a car-accessible road leads you to the start of them, and porters were right there to take...

A beautiful gem of a stay

"I cannot say enough good things about Dar Jasmine. Its location is ideal: just high enough above the city to give amazing views yet nestled into the surrounding nature. The staff are warm and friendly, they were able to help with all of our requests and happy to chat. The decor, layout, and choices in furniture are all just . Logistically, it is up a long flight of steps (what isn’t in Chefchaouen?), but a car-accessible road leads you to the start of them, and porters were right there to take our bags. Cannot recommend this place more highly. PS: hotel-provided photos are accurate. All of my own photos are just poor imitations of theirs. "

Pretty blue hotel in the pretty blue city

"Located just 15 minutes walikng from the Medina, this lovely small hotel offers the traveler a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with excellent service by a very friendly and welcoming staff! Happy to have our choice of rooms upon arrival, and concierge-like service for a dinner recommendation. The parking is easy, as was the driving in and out. Breakfast was very delightful. And five stars for the staff! Perfect ambassadors of Moroccan hospitality!"

"The staff were stellar - very warm, welcoming, professional, and courteous. There was always someone around when we came or went, making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. They provided recommendations in Chefchaouenand set up transportation at a moment’s notice. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I would recommend them highly. "

"My 2-night stay at Riad Nila was delightful. The venue itself is charming, with pleasant, cozy rooms and a lovely rooftop terrace that has a wonderful 360-degree view of Chefchaouen. The Riad is located deep in the Medina, with immediate access to exquisite handicrafts, and a brisk but worthwhile walk to the Spanish Mosque. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and reliable."
