Hotel made a low level error
Posted 1 Nov 2017 on EbookersThe hotel said: they system was broken, so caused a double booking,the only thing can help us is cancel and change date .we can not stay in the desired date, forced to re-book the replacement date and pay money again . Until now we have not received the first scheduled refund and compensation

Hi, Thank you for your review. unfortunately the refund must be sanctioned from Expedia's side we immediately put in this request, and have chased twice regarding this refund. We will again chase but unfortunately payment is made to expedia. In regards to the double booking again this was from expedia's side and out of our hands, we do however apologise again and will relay the same disappointment to expedia on your behalf and ours.
