"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"事前に知らされていた電子ロックの鍵が使用できず、電話で問い合わせた所キーボックスにある補助鍵を使用するようにとの事。電子ロックの鍵は最初から壊れていたようで、それなら最初からキーボックスの番号を教えてくれていれば戸惑う事もなかったのにと思いました。部屋はまあまあ綺麗でしたが、据え置きの木製の箸にダニが湧いていてカトラリーと食器類は使う気がしませんでした。良い点としては、普通のアパートを借りる感じなので外出や帰宅時間を気兼ねせずできる事、駐車場が目の前な事、洗濯機と乾燥機が自由に使える事、安く滞在できる事などでしょうか。旅行に行ったら宿は寝るだけで朝から夜まで観光しまくりの我が家としては十分満足でした。"

"This was our second visit and the property was just as nice as before, if not better. Beautiful ocean view cottage, quiet location, private, with great amenities, including a/c, dehumidifier, kitchen, washing machine, drying (dehumidifier in the bathroom), and others. A very relaxing and beautiful place to be for a couple of days. The staff are very kind and helpful."

"大学の時の友人5名で2泊させていただきました。テラス全面に広がる海、おしゃれで清潔な施設、親切なオーナーと、100点満点の滞在期間を過ごすことができました。リネン、アメニティも十分、キッチンの器具も充実しており、スーパーで地元の食材を購入して調理し、朝食で楽しむことができました。お願いしたシュノーケリングの拠点も徒歩1分！水着のままパタパタと戻ってきて、プールやシャワーを使うことができました。雲があって、満天の星！とはいかなかったので、次回はぜひ夜空を楽しみたいと思います。"

"The hotel is beautiful and well located on the beachfront. We had a stunning view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "

"はじめてのリゾートホテルで、勝手の慣れないこともありましたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。シャトルバスのお迎えの方、運転手の方、受付スタッフの方々、アクティビティ受付の方、ダイニングルームの方々、ドリンクバーの方々、売店の方、イベントをされていた方など、滞在中に何人ものスタッフさんにお世話になりました。どのスタッフの方もとてもプロフェッショナルで、私たちの滞在が快適であるように、真心のこもったサービスを心掛けられていることを感じました。また、研修中のスタッフさんたちの一生懸命な姿勢もとても好印象でした。朝食バッフェは種類も豊富でおいしい地元のお料理をいただくこともでき、それにテーブル間のスペースがゆったりしていたこともよかったです。天候にはあまり恵まれませんでしたが、バルコニーには雨がかからなかったので、ゆっくり、ビーチの景色を楽しむことができました。お部屋も清潔で広かったので、快適に使うことができました。とてもおすすめしたいリゾートです。:）"

"Staff are nice, room is clean, all other areas are so clean as well. Breakfast is so good every day. Had stayed there 3 times and never be disappointed. Only 5 minutes away from Miami-Cho area , so many options to choose from for dining. "

"We loved the layout of the Superior Bunk room for a family with teenagers. Pool and sauna areas were a highlight and a beautiful place to relax. The restaurant was a little pricey for Japan, but the food was excellent. If you have a car, I highly recommend this hotel. "
