Private onsen was good. However the services provided was not worth the price..

We enjoyed the stay here, there are public and private outdoor onsen. It’s was really amazing as it’s snowing when having the onsen outdoor. The breakfast is nice too and there are free flow of drinks, geeen tea, orange juice and beer at the reception.

The room was clean. The public onsen tend to be very crowded. They not really clean between customers. We bought a token for a massage in a massage chair and didn't get to use it, they didn't refund the money. The drinks are pretty average. The breakfast was ok.

the public bath and family bath is good and well maintained and big space! and the location is walkable to restaurants. there are also welcome drinks given

I've stayed here 7 different nights ( always 1 night ) and have always enjoyed it. However on night 6 & 7, it became abundantly clear that this property has changed. The biggest and most obvious change, to us, is the front desk team. Previously it seemed that the front desk was more friendly and cheerful in previous visits.The new crop, not so much. They come off as agressive in a way. Apologies if this seems like a petty complaint, but the experience is real. Also, after 4 years visiting, I see no improvements to the establishment. The lounge, a once favorite place if mine for paid solitude and imbibement has turned into a carnival of guests who dont pay and converse loudly.

Great location and hotel. The breakfast was quite busy though so sometimes had to wait for a table
