It was in a great location; close to the station. near shopping, & lots of dining options nearby. Staff was very nice and friendly.

We loved our stay here. It’s a traditional ryokan that feels straight out of the 70s with gorgeous furniture and rotary phones. The rooms are a good size with comfy mattresses. The location is good, only a short distance from the train station. The onsens are great and often empty so you get them to yourself. The staff speak limited English but are helpful and friendly.

The room was huge with all amenities needed. The area was great for walking, shopping, close to the main train station.
The staff was friendly & helpful.

Felt like an authentic japanese place to stay. The floor boards are a little squeaky and place is far from new but this place was perfect for us, the onsen was nice (male separated from female). We tiok some pics of ourselves in the provided japanese bathrobes, downstairs there is an area where a traditional fireplace would be which was great for photos.

Overall good for price. Bathroom shower was average and towels a bit thin. Room and staff pleasant
