Great traditional Japanese ryokan and wonderful dinner and breakfast -- salmon, sashimi the first night and shabu shabu the second. Convenient location to take bus to Shin Hotaka Ropeway. The hike from top of Ropeway up to Nishi Ho Hut (san so) was a bit rockier and steeper than anticipated but lovely fall color.

Great natural hot springs

お料理も温泉も良かったです。
Posted 5 May 2021 on Hotels温泉は高めの温度なので、あまり長くは入れなかったです。貸切風呂の方は温度がちょうど良かったです。お風呂場に小さいタオルとかあれば良かったかなと思います。
お料理、夕朝食ともに美味しくいただきました。

小型家庭式温泉旅館
Posted 21 May 2020 on Hotels新冠疫情期間少數仍營業的家庭旅館。大浴場檜木池及戶外岩池温泉水質很好，環境則不宜超過4人最好。和室房間一般水平，位於温泉街旁，談不上近景，但仍可推窗見雪山，早上被鳥噪叫醒。
一泊兩食的晚餐有烤飛驒牛，超好吃，刺身和白飯也很好，其他則一般。早餐兼有西式和式食物，是否啱口味則見仁見智，但也提供味噌朴葉燒撈飯，誠意十足。
