"Loved this hotel! Room was bigger than expected (Deluxe Hollywood Room) and was very clean. Check-in/out was easy with friendly and professional staff available to assist. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Main attractions were within walking distance (10-20 mins walk). Public transportation nearby (10 mins walk). Wish we stayed longer than one night for greater use of the facilities. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is well-run, if a bit sterile. The onsens -- one large and older with exquisite outdoor rock pools; the other brand new -- make this hotel special and are the best reason to stay here. The building is a bit old and tired except for a new wing. And the breakfast is pricey for what is offered. I also found the pillows very uncomfortable: too big and too hard. But for a short stay, the hotel did not disappoint."
