While most of the customer service staff does not speak good English, they have been helpful in assisting me to find doctors when my friend was unwell. The only thing being that they do not provide additional pillows when I asked for extra pillows as the provided pillows are too soft. If they have units that are bigger than 23 m2, it would be of great advantage.

Property is perfect because of different train stations in walking distance. My second experience in staying at this chain of hotels, modern, washing machine was good, a lovely experience.
There is alot of construction in the area, hotel was quiet.

Very nice and quiet location, very close to underground and shinkansen station.
Nice staff, pretty big rooms for tokyo!

Convenient location near plenty train lines, especially if you need the Yamanote line or the Shinkansen. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was well kept! The room is great and it’s a great deal for the inclusion of a fridge, microwave, and laundry machine. Would certainly stay again!
