Hotel is in good condition. Room is big and clean. There is a balcony. However our room toilet stink of pee when we checked in. After they cleaned up next day it was much better.
The train station is just a 10 minutes walk away. Easy to go to other part of Tokyo as Shinagawa, Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku is along the Yamanote Line

Overall very nice experience. The only thing I did not like was the spa usage was not very easy. They said I don’t have the card on file, although I checked in with the card. He said I could use it and I had to go back to my room and get another credit card.

Very kind staff, the dining options and the Japanese garden were a delight to have nearby, Shinagawa station is nearby which is great to move around the trains and explore Tokyo. The room seemed a little unkept and may need a little renovation, but the city view from the balcony was pretty great, also the amenities were a plus too.

I would stay here again! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. A little bit of a walk from the station but that's the only minor inconvenience.
