4 day stay in Taiyuan
Posted 24 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is upscale and the location is great. There is a mall across the side street that has a supermarket in the basement, as well as some restaurants.
The staff is excellent and very helpful.They will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Ivo Chen was very helpful and spoke excellent English, which was great as I do not speak any Chinese. He also arranged for extra water bottles.
I ate a buffet lunch on Friday in the restaurant and they had a nice variety of dishes.
Tracy was very helpful and asked me if I wanted to have steak which I did not know was available. The steak was quite thin, but decent.
It was the Mid Autumn festival and Tracy sent extra moon cakes to my room.
Mike was also helpful, along with the other front desk staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful, also loved Accor's signature perfume throughout the property.

I loved everything! The hotel is outstanding! Staff were helpful at all times even into the late evening. Food was always top class and the size of the room was very big. I had a delightful time!

a hotel never come back
