Beautiful hotel - far more luxurious than I expected - friendly and attentive/helpful staff, with English-speaking representatives as well.

Posted 31 Jan 2018 on HotelsThe service was excellent, facilities outstanding! I am sure this place is spectacular in the summer. Unfortunately during my stay, the garden area was in winter mode.
Food and amenities were more than warm enough to make up for the cold weather.

Near the airport but hard to find
Posted 26 Apr 2015The tourist desk at the airport did not know this 5Star hotel. After calling the hotel and getting the directions for the Taxi in Chinese, the driver could not find it either. Mid April the hotel turned off the heat already and the room was very cold. They did give me a small space heater but it was barely enough for the big room they put me in. The carpets in the room were quite dirty and showed its age.

Pros: guest services
Cons: wood floor segment was slippery
Location: Close to Taiyuan airport in New District
Guest manager extremely reactive and helped with flight modifications late at night.

尙可，有時電話收訊不良。
