The breakfast was extremely yummy and yes, on time to meet my train timing. Thumbs up.

Nice B&B near train station

Pros: The homey experience, home away from home.
Cons: The dry flowers for decoration attracts small insects. If placed too close to the bed, it may cause insect bites.
Location: You have to get to the train station to go anywhere in Taitung, including the city center.
This a a homey bed and breakfast inn, 10 minutes walk from the "new" Taitung train station. The host is very friendly and caring, providing useful travel information. He ensures us travelers to try all the local cuisine. So he would shop and make sure we would taste local food as breakfast. He ensures our safety by locking the gate after 11 pm, yet providing us with a remote switch. Because this is a residence remodeled for business, there is no elevator, and we live on the 3rd floor. Fortunately the host helped to carry the luggage upstairs.
