When I told them I lost the key, hotel staff said 1000 Yen for each additional plastic key. And check out time was 10:00am, and each hour extension afterwards will cost 2,000 Yen. (I thought this sounds very unfair as I arrived to hotel very late after 8:00pm, and stayed there for 4 nights but they are very strict about this check out 10:00am rule.

Thank you for staying at APA Hotel Asakusa Kaminarimon.At our hotel, if you lose your room key while you are out, we charge 1000 yen to reissue it.Also, the regular check-out time is 10:00 AM.From 2024/11/1, the hourly extension has changed to 2000 yen.This rule is the same at both APA hotels.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.We are sorry that we could not meet your request. The room space wad a bit small for 2 but it was nice and clean

Everything are well expected from APA hotel, except room is too small for 2 people with luggages.
