When I told them I lost the key, hotel staff said 1000 Yen for each additional plastic key. And check out time was 10:00am, and each hour extension afterwards will cost 2,000 Yen. (I thought this sounds very unfair as I arrived to hotel very late after 8:00pm, and stayed there for 4 nights but they are very strict about this check out 10:00am rule.

Spent 6 nights, spending another 3 at the end of my trip, rooms are small but workable, close to public transport and a walk away from local stores. My recommendation is to book the room only and not get breakfast included. As a first time Japan tourist I could not recommend enough to just go out and explore for food, trust me there is some amazing food close by if you are willing to look

The room itself was too humid and made people sort of discomforted. I hope it could be drier! The breakfast was fantastically delicious. The hotel was very close to both the subway station and the Senso temple.

Pros- Great location. Only two blocks away from Senso Ji and Asakusa metro station. Cons- only one elevator and during our stay, there were two occasions that we had to line up to access the elevator.

Great Tiny Room
This hotel is in a great location, very clean, all the amenities, and a very nice breakfast. However, the rooms are extremely small, I mean really small. One person in the bathroom at a time and someone has to crawl over the other to get out of bed. If you can deal with that, the price is right and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. We have stayed with APA several times and can handle the small room. Most of our time is spent sightseeing, shopping, and eating, not in the room. We liked it, just pretend that you are on a cruise in the basic cabin.
