We booked and confirmed a room for 3 adults at this hotel. When we arrived, we were given a small room with one small double bed. We had to ask for another mattress. They supplied a floor mattress that we had to pay for. Otherwise, the staff were kind and helpful: the carpet was dirty; there was somewhat warm water but no hot water in the bathroom; when we tried to adjust the AC, it just stayed at 22 degrees; the elevator was like a service elevator with plywood all around; and there is no place to hang around aside from your room (no lounge, place to sit, etc).

The property itself was cute and clean. The only dislike was getting into the building was a bit confusing for a foreigner. It was hard to understand which button to push, and pushing the buttons did not gain us access. We had to wait until someone came outside in order to enter.
The instructions could be better on this.
Outside of that, great and walkable! It was in a good location that made walking around to food and nearby shops easy!

The hotel management asked if they could come in and measure my room for planned renovation, to which I agreed. However, I would like to point out how inappropriate that was, especially during a worldwide pandemic.

Staffs are so nice and helpful when u needed. But the wash/dry machines takes forever to dry clothings, maybe it’s not suitable for hotel use.

The front desk staff was very friendly.
The room was very nice although it’s a bit small.
Mattress was good quality and I slept very well.
Free laundry service provided is a plus.
