The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very professional, they made it easy for us to check in and get situated and also get safe, reliable transportation to the airport upon departure very early in the morning. Rooms were quite nice and had good natural light. The location is a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, but very doable. Breakfast was amazing, very high-quality and professionally done. All About, the Riviera Hotel was a very professional operation, and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in the city of Taipei. The room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel staff were welcoming and polite. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Riviera Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were not only incredibly nice but also very friendly, making it a great choice for families with kids. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The included breakfast was convenient with a good variety of options to suit everyone's taste.The hotel's location is another big plus—it's within a 10-minute walk to the nearest MRT station, making public transit easily accessible. Calling taxis or Ubers was also a breeze, and the surrounding neighborhood is very walkable with convenient access to Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and other eateries. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach major attractions like the famous Night Market and Taipei 101.We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and family-friendly atmosphere.
