No coffee in the room.
The room was not good at all.
Breakfast is poor. You need to have an American breakfast. There is no hot breakfast at Shilin

Clean and nice room. I was fully relaxed. Also night market is only 5 minutes away.

Very convenient location with clean room and helpful staff

Front desk staff was not very friendly and treated us like business as usual when we checked in. Room was small but clean and most of the essentials are there. The hotel is located near the shopping and subway station that is very convenient.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is safe and clean. And it is located next to a subway station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Taipei.
