Wonderful hotel in the heart of Taipei that you cannot go wrong staying at. Dining options are tremendous and the staff is extremely accommodating! I would highly recommend when traveling to Taiwan!

We had a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful despite some language barrier. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and not too expensive. We had a problem with the room next door being too noisy, too late and the issue was dealt with promptly. Hotel very centrally located.

Beautiful Room and attentive staff! We booked this trip last minute when our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. We choose the hotel due to the proximity to historic sites and ease of transportation. Definitely would like to stay here again if we are able to come back!

A wonderful hotel, marvelous bed, pillows, linens, beautiful interiors, competent, gracious staff, immaculately clean, lovely room amenities, first-class restaurants with delicious foods and artistic presentation. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in throughout the world, this is a favorite.

The front of house staff is not polite and not helpful at all.
This is not a 5 start hotel experience. Middle of the night had to move room due to noise and did not even ask on my check out or say sorry.
This is more a 3 start hotel with the whole experience
