Everything is pretty good except the shower head. The shower head need to change to be able adjust the angle so that make shower easier

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly but the rooms were very dated and showing signs of wear. The amenities were also not as robust as expected.

Very high end hotel, great value for the price. Felt like we were staying at Sands resort or Ritz.

Posted 29 Jul 2024 on HotelsIt is a hotel with history! The staffs are very friendly and professional. It’s location is very convenient, it is near by MingChuanXi Road MRT station, very easy to get to any place of great Taipei metro area.

This is my second stay at the Santos Hotel. I previously stayed last November for 28 nights, and this time for three nights. The hotel has nice rooms, great staff, and excellent location to the MRT and buses, and is in a very walkable location. I will be staying for my third visit in September. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds are too hard. It’s not impossible to sleep in them, but softer beds would be nice.
