My stay at Roaders Zhonghua had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic—just a short walk to Ximending, which made exploring the area a breeze. The complimentary beverages and snacks in the lobby were a thoughtful touch, and the games provided for kids were a hit with my little one. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, leaving little space to move around after placing our luggage, which made it feel cramped. Additionally, the carpet didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned, giving off an unkempt impression despite daily housekeeping.
Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, the hotel’s location, amenities, and service made the stay enjoyable.

The room deco is more modern industrial concept and not that bad. Can be inspiration for future home owners

Hotel was very good! All the xtra amenities from snack's, drinks gaming room. Room was spacious and clean. Will book again if i get a chance to.
