The in room onsen was glorious after a long flight. It was easy to get picked up from station in the free shuttle (using MRT payphone for free - ask in the ticket booth)
Very pretty room & lovely surrounding countryside.

Overpriced Stay
Posted 24 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe stayed in their premier room at a higher than usual rate as compared with other hotels nearby. It was disappointing because of the room was dusty and didn’t come with heat air conditioning.
Hopefully their management will improve the room condition if they want to continue charging at premium price.

Posted 17 Jan 2020 on HotelsThere’s no lift and very tiring to climb up and down. The room needs to be sound proof as the door is very thin and some hotel guests are very noisy at night. However, the driver of the free shuttle is very friendly and helpful and the receptionist is also very nice.

Great but no lift
Posted 17 Jan 2020 on HotelsService is very good as the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there’s no lift and it’s tiring to climb all the way up to the 3rd floor. The beds are one the hardest that I have ever slept on.
