Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Easily accessible from Ximen Exit 1, convenient location to get around.

Wonderful location- it’s about 2 mins from exit 1 of Ximen metro station. The room is very compact but good enough to feel comfortable. Great amenities provided at reception and I especially love the basement lounge with free drinks, fruits and snacks. That is the winner for me.

Located close to MRT station. Easy to access. However there no installation between walls. We can hear everything around us, either inside or outside of our room.

Honestly the hotel beat my expectations. We were thinking about switching at the last minute but so happy we didn’t. This hotel is amazing for the price. The staff are amazing, the room is super clean and cleaned everyday. They give you free ice cream, food and sparking water.
It’s 5 star service. Highly recommend. Just stay here.

Hotel room was spacious enough for 2 persons, and very well thought through. It is very newly renovated (as of Aug 2024), and very clean. The showers are hot and water pressure is good - we loved taking a long hot shower at the end of each day.
The location is fabulous, literally 2 mins walk to the Ximending shopping area and subway stop, but quiet enough that you do feel an escape from the crazy hustle of the area. Very well connected - we got the Easy Pass and hopped on an off buses everywhere (there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel!)
The staff were really lovely and accommodating, and sorted us out on laundry access (in their sister hotel one road down). The hotel also had a great lounge with free snacks, drinks, and yogurt, which was a great place for me to do a bit of remote work from. Wifi is fast and easy to connect to.
Loads of eating options in the area, all fabulous. I will definitely book Orange Hotel for my next stay in Taipei.

The hotel is centrally located, however, the rooms are small and you can hear the noise from the room next door. Not a biggie unless you're a light sleeper like me. The breakfast option provided are vouchers for restaurants nearby which is useless if you have booked early morning tours. Free snacks are provided at basement level though which is a plus but i wouldn't book breakfast inclusion unless i have the time to go use the vouchers every morning
