Front desk guy was really friendly, helpful and courteous. He hold the luggages for us when our room is not ready and brought it to our room. At the end of the stay. He called transportation and brought your luggages down to the car. That was out of his way to be exceptional.

lot of shops and restaurants around, good for travelers, not far from train station, highly recommended!

Location was near shopping area but quite a bit of distance to MRT. Sound proof of room was really bad.

The property is on a main Street, it’s convenient and walkable to Shi Men Ding square with many restaurants to choose from. The check in was a breeze, Sky, the young man at the front desk was very pleasant and prompt to help us settle in.

Affordable, well-located, not fancy. I don't want a fancy hotel, I don't want to deal with obsequious staff, I just want a room at a reasonable price in a good location. This hotel provides that, and I would absolutely stay here again. Yeah, weak plumbing means you need to put used TP in a trash can, well NBD there's plenty of places like that in the world so it doesn't bother me.

This branch specifically left a lot to be desired. The rooms are very outdated, there was a lot of trash under the beds, and there is not 24 hour front desk. If you book a taxi through the hotel, you will need to walk with your luggage to their other location. The snacks and drinks mentioned by other reviewers are not present. There is tea in the lobby, though. If you go to the other branch (to wait for your taxi), you will find the snacks and foot spa, etc that others have mentioned. I do not recommend this location, it is over priced and not at all like the photos. Area is good, but not convenient to MRT stations.
