Experienced best services. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean, amenities basic, but great where it counts- fair prices, delicious breakfast, free laundry, convenient location near subway system, shopping, restaurants, street vendors, etc. nearby, Had a family get together in Taipei for a week, recommended by friend, and just lucked out staying at this little gem.

I had a great stay at Horizon Inn! I’d really recommend getting the breakfast option, they would bring out a tray with a pastry sandwich, egg, salad, vegetables, and fresh fruit which was slightly different every day. There is also free laundry (washer and dryer) and they will give you laundry detergent.
Staff were overall friendly and helpful (and spoke English!). My only negative was it was a hassle checking in at a time outside of the normal check in period (my flight arrived in the early morning). If you need a different check in time, you should call them before making the reservation to confirm it is ok and then make a note about the request in the online booking. They weren’t happy when I asked for the different check in time after the booking, and I actually had to cancel my original reservation and rebook the “proper” way.
Would stay here again!

really like the stay, especially the staff are so friendly and helpful. one thing to suggest, to install a mirror in the room.
