Location is great, but a bit old fashioned interior with basic amenities. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The property was conveniently located near Taipei main station. It’s walkable to Ximending. Staff was polite and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone

Walkable distance from Taipei main station. There are quite a lot of space in the room. Only thing is the water will flow out of the shower room and the floor of the toilet and basin area will be wet.

Very good value for money, the big tub in the deluxe room was lovely. Surprised this was a 3* hotel

Walking distance to Main Station.
The room is simple, but clean and neat. Free laundry is very nice.

This hotel describes itself as a Japanese brand - falsely alluding to that as its overall standard, which it is not. Most staff were friendly and efficient. Free coffee was better than the coffee we had at another Japanese 5-star we stayed at prior. Public areas look dated though branded/renovated as a new hotel.
The bathroom smelled like a sewer with bugs flying around. Shower doors couldn't hold water. Room service was unpleasant when asked for more towels to dry the floor OURSELVES as if we did something wrong. The laundry room was clean with thoughtful facilities. Washing machines have Chinese directions only but the dryers are bilingual.
Room rate was close to 4-star level but felt like a 2-star.

This property is in a great location for walking or using public transit. Convenient stores, shopping, and restaurants are easily accessible.
