Excellent property...good location.
Stayed here on 2 occassions and were very pleased with the configuration of both the queen room and twin bed room (we booked the ones with windows). Good sized rooms for the price with some closet, cubby hole and table drawers for storage and good sized bathroom/toilet. Very clean. Very quiet non-smoking property with lots of no noise rules (which we like). Noting that the the tub/shower is very deep which may pose some issues with entry/exit for those with any mobility limitations, but otherwise great property for all ages. Location is good for access to 2 major MRT lines (5 minute walk to one and 10 minutes to the other) and lots of small laneway as well a higher end restaurants within easy walking distance as well as several coffee shops. One coin operated washer and dryer on site for guest use -both functioned well and the desk will convert cash to coins and sells laundry detergent.

松江南京駅から徒歩5分くらいのビジネスホテルです。台湾は夜中まで楽しむことができるので、寝るだけの人にとってはとても良いホテルだと思います。 周りにはコンビニが数店舗あるので困ることはないと思います（０時に閉店するコンビニもあるので注意）。 また、バス停も目の前にあるので、特に松山空港利用者にとっては便利かと思います。

1月1日から3泊4日で利用しました！ 日本のホテルのような綺麗さなどは期待していなかったですが、多少埃っぽさはありますが神経質じゃなければ大丈夫な範囲だと思います。掃除は3日に1回ですがタオルは毎日変えてくれますし、水も毎日補充してくれました。ベッドメイキングもしてくれるので遊びから帰ってきて毎日気持ちがよかったです！ただ、ティッシュを補充してくれた際にでたであろうティッシュの空箱が置かれていたり、コロコロが放置されていたりと甘さは見受けられました（笑） 隣の部屋の声や廊下の音はしっかり聞こえるのでお隣さんがワイワイ楽しんでいたりすると少し気になるかもしれません。 私たちは2部屋予約していて隣同士の部屋にしてほしいことを事前にお願いしていましたが、『各フロアに1部屋づつしか同じ部屋タイプがないから1部屋だけアップグレードする形でもよければ同じフロアにはできるかもしれない』と事前に連絡もしてくれました。 連絡のやりとももとてもスムーズでしっかり対応してもらえ、結果同じフロアで過ごすことができたのでありがたかったです。 子連れだったこともあり駅から近いのも、 近くにコンビニがあるのも大変助かりました！ 寝るためだしかホテルにはいなかったので十分事足りるホテルだったと思います！！
