Hotel in itself was fine, the staff not so helpful once know booked via 3rd party & not directly with hotel.

It’s my business trip to Taipei, it’s very nice hotel although the facilities were old. All of the staffs were very friendly and helpful, but some of them can be more professional. The room was very clean, the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The biggest problem of this hotel was not consistent professional service. I stayed here 6 times in 2 months, sometimes the front desk staff did a wonderful job and recognized you as a loyal customer, sometimes when I checked in they treat you like a stranger. I stayed 5 different room, all of them were good. Only one room the air conditioning fan was broken, it made a very noisy sound. They did a very quick response to upgrade me a suite. Overall, it’s very nice hotel and pleasant stay.
