I asked the hotel to take care of my guests. I even left a cell phone. Then when my friends arrived with their 12 years old daughter, they charged them $1000 per night extra, without calling me 1st.
I booked the hotel through Expedia. I did specify it is for a couple and a 12 years old.
I know mistakes happens. But I did tell the hotel there are my quests from Hong Kong pls make them feel home and call me with issue.

Dahu Park Hotel is a very modern and cutting edge facility. I like their cleanliness and the location is perfect for me. It is also environmental conscious where they don't give out bottle waters. They do in have a decent restaurant on prem. Daily breakfast buffet offers variety of items from croissant to porridge with pairing dishes.
The staff is always courteous and professional. I will come back.
