The location and staff are excellent, hotel is very luxurious but has areas that definitely need upgrading. Our original room on the 17th floor was huge, but had wall-to-wall carpet which was old and dusty so we moved to a smaller but more modern and non-carpeted room on the 14th floor, which was perfect. Breakfast was a nice mix of Eastern and Western options. We were flying out the following day so the hotel being right next to the rail line was super convenient.

My go-to hotel for staying in Taipei! Courteous staff and nice accommodations. Located adjacent to Taipei Main Station.

We like it because of the convenient of the property.
The only thing we didnot like is the room has no windows.

Cosmos is my go-to hotel for Taipei. This is my fourth time staying at Cosmos. It is adjacent to the Taipei Main Station. The M3 exit at Taipei Station leads you to the hotel…so convenient when it is raining.

It was a pleasant experience, all the staff from check-in to restaurant to the greeters were friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had many options. Decorations were slightly dated but clean and well maintained. Good and convenient location to everywhere. I would recommend.
