Next door kids crying , a bit noisy

They were kind and assisted us on contacting my mother’s friend in Taiwan via their phone. The rooms were comfy and clean! The drinks and snacks were excellent!

I stayed in Click Hotel near Taipei main station for 10 days, really enjoyed the cleanliness, friendly staff, safe & convenience of the hotel. I highly recommend Click Hotel.

The walls were paper-thin. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay.

A little dirty, more room for improvement
Posted 4 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is situated very near the MRT tunnel. They do not have breakfast but they do have ordering of breakfast service.
However on one night before the checkout, we requested for a late checkout as our flight is late night. We asked for 2 hours and they had only gave us 1 hour despite wanting to pay more. But this was not allowed.
Any way. There is no room service at all. They only provide to clear the rubbish. The effort to go green is one thing. But come on, for our room, they did not vacuum, they didn't even make an effort to make up the bed. The towels are also not changed. I think this hotel really need to rethink their go green policy.
Another gripe was the Aircon duct. It is filthy. Dust particles are flying around and landed on the bed. And yet they do not vacuum the floor. The dust are also at all the cornices.
The rooms are new. However things inside are also kinda annoying. The mini fridge is god damn noisy. We thought we could turn it off, nope. The alarm buzzed off if we tried to do so. The bathroom door was not able to close. The side table drawers was purposely screwed in to prevent people from using.
Overall. I feel that as a customer experience, it is not good. It needs more improvement.
