Banyan Tree Macau was a pleasant stay. The room was very large and spacious. The plunge pool in the room was a nice feature, however the water was cold and there was a slight overpowering chlorine smell in the room. Also buffet breakfast was very average

A stay at a Banyan Tree property should be on everyone's bucket list. This property in Macau is a true escape, an oasis in the madness of Macau.

Very nice property. Quiet yet near the casino. Room pool is very nice and relaxing. Room is spacious.

the hotel room is very spacious, breakfast with variety of choices. Very decent night to stay with family. If the indoor pool with water temperature adjustment will be even better.

Amazing stay at Banyon tree.
Could not fault this hotel.
All staff so friendly & helpful. Our 1st room was near elevator & we heard a constant thump. Staff were very appologetic & we were moved to a different room the next day which was quiet.
Room is huge & incredible. Bed was super comfortable & the warm pool was very relaxing. Large beautiful bathroom with great amenities replaced twice daily. Excellent double shower,smart toilet & cedar tub.
Belon was excellent for breakfast & dinner.
The only issue was the egg station- some days the eggs were pre-made so not very good.
Indoor pool & outdoor pool for Banyan Tree guests only were both great.
I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time stay At the banyan tree macau. Still good service and nice room. Value for money. I will definitely come back next time.
