Awesome suite that we booked. The room was very spacious and clean and quiet. We were greeted with a few local beers in our room, bonus! I feel like a VIP!

Located near to many of the places of interests and walkable, but yet not noisy. The bed mattressnis good for lumbar support. Toilet and bathroom are separated.

Upscale hotel, excellent rooms and service.
Highly recommend including breakfast as part of the stay. The breakfast options including some of the local Tainan specialties are excellent. SK Mitsukoshi is just around the corner as well as Guo-Hua street for boutique shops and market finds.
Thank you for the Gold Membership perks - enjoyed the late check out and craft beers!

Very nice hotel. Nice gym and sauna. The pool was also nice but brisk in December; however we appreciated the fact it was open. Well located next to good food and interesting attractions.

The location is perfect! The property is so close to museums, shopping, and dining areas! The staffs are friendly and welcoming to visitors!

Counterman also allow my visitor to park on hotel underground garage without charged .
