Hotel can use a more sensible and flexible policy. I inadvertently booked different types of rooms for two consecutive nights. Hotel refused to upgrade or downgrade my room so that I don’t have to move unless I additionally pay the cancellation penalty and pay the current rate for the changed room. As a frequent world traveller, I haven’t encountered a hotel with such an unfriendly policy.
The hotel still insisted that I must check out by 11am and check in at 4pm. I was not feeling well the second day but apparently that made no difference and I had to sit in the lobby for about 5 hours. The staff seemed afraid to violate the unkind management policy.
Breakfast options are also surprisingly limited.

房間很舒適，設施都很好
飯店職員有禮兼常提供協助
如果說唯一的缺點就是毛巾相對比較舊，但都是乾淨的

Nice hotel with easy access to the train station and bus station and some of the major attractions in the city. The staff was friendly the room was clean, had a great time staying.

Located in the western area of Tainan City, it is about a 10 minutes walk to Tainan train station. Lots of remand shopping nearby. The property is located on a busy street, but you would never notice the hustle and bustle outside when you are inside. The breakfast was an added bonus, with American, Japanese or Chinese options, you must request in advance, and the meal do not vary that much from day to day. Staff is always greatly and helpful with our request. This hotel is good for light packer travelers, we had several large suitcases and found traveling challenging, unless you arrive in vehicles or taxis. Overall we had a plus experience. Thank you.
