This Lishan Guest House is a former State Guesthouse, for visiting Bigwigs to Taiwan. As such it is very imposing and proper, with all amenities (except a House Bar). there is even a room dedicated to Chiang Kai-sheks stays in-house: his bed, bathtub, etc.

Nice and comfortable room space. Good vibe with Chinese classic and traditional hotel architecture and design. Suitable location for visiting some hot spots nearby.

The scenery at the top of the mountain is quite nice and dinner at the restaurant is good but the breakfast is bad.

Nice and clean hotel but too many flies around !

Pros: Beautiful view and path around the area!
Cons: If there is no flies around the restaurant .....
It was a nice hotel with clean room , nice staff, beautiful view, and nice weather.... The weakness was there were too many flies around restaurant.
