Staff did not speak English, they removed toiletpaper from my room and didn't speak English to understand to bring a new roll. Breakfast was a voucher to a local cafre, where the voucher didn't even cover the price of a cup of coffee, so I had expenses every day for the so called "breakfast included"

Not every staff can speak English and that's is why we could not manage to deliver our service in due time. We are sorry for this communication issue and trying to fix this problem by including more language course in the internal training.
As for our breakfast, we do include breakfast in our room tariff. Of course, our guest can have more options in the cafe nearby by paying more.
