Excellent location. Within a short walk from the train station. A lot of great restaurants nearby. Staff members were nice & helpful.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and the staff were very accomodating of this and when they couldn’t immediately fix it they happily moved us to another room and ensured the air conditioning was working prior to leaving us with this room. Staff were always very friendly

Having stayed at Grand Banyan in Tainan the night before for a similar price, this CheckInn is just ok. Clean, but starting to show its age. Staff was friendly and overall a nice place to stay, but I’d look for a better value next time.
