Hotel’s location is unbeatable. Staff is very courteous and always goes out of their way to help

very spacious bathroom with nice soaker tub; loved the airline theme decor. Friendly and efficient front desk; right next door to SOGO and lots of dining options nearby.

We got a free upgrade from 2 deluxe twin rooms to 2 quad connecting rooms. So spacious.

Staffs are very nice. Love the great variety of breakfast options. The location is very good that you can walk around to tourists spots easily within 20mins.

Appreciated the smooth extension of our stay at Airline Inn after talking to Jia at front desk. Our Expedia GOLD status continued to be honoured and we were able to keep our VIP room upgrade. Lac Vu and Xiaoji gave us exactly what we needed from housekeeping. Loved the Taiwanese buffet breakfast- discovered yummy new food like Yaohua there, served by Vera and helpful breakfast team. Recommend for Taichung stays!

Attractive Taichung location, clean & quiet rooms and responsive & responsible staff. Appreciated the larger room from Expedia GOLD upgrade. Small quirks with room: shower handle is somewhat loose so it looks like it can drop after shower. Wifi just worked at first, but takes us some trying to reconnect later on. NTD 325 food credit ended up being a discount to a (very good, actually) local restaurant- perk description needs update to minimize confusion. Their in-house coin-op laundry (with free detergent!) is a plus as well. Overall a great stay- recommend for your Taichung trip.
