"The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups....

"The place was exceptional! They gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon staying. All the staff were very helpful. No worries about language since all of them talked English well. Also, shout out to the housekeeper who cleaned our room, she did it excellently. The building was renovated recently, everything was in good condition and working: washing machine, fridge, windows, AC, water boiler, shower. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon staying in this place. "

"Personally, I would not stay at this location again. My biggest quip was the lack of hot water. Staff was helpful and the location was extremely close to the MTR but, this place is not for me. "

Lack of housekeeping only one clean in the two weeks I was there. Mouldy shower with rusty overhead nozzle. Bed basic hard thin mattress and poor quality linen. "Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. Told they are NOT a hotel, but serviced apartments, we are expected to sign a "lease" and pay 1 month deposit, which we get back 3 WEEKS after check out!!! Ridiculous! Argue for an hour,...

"Location was awesome! Close to mtr and many shops and restaurants. Loved the fact that this apartment had a kitchen, but I wish they had a microwave as well. The apartment was clean and spacious for HK standards. Bed was a bit too hard, but I managed to get used to it while there. Service is great, and easy to access and find. "
